c. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline services if we determine that the requested work is outside our expertise, violates applicable laws, or conflicts with our business interests.

4. Fees and Payment

a. Fees

Fees for services will be outlined in a formal agreement. By engaging our services, you agree to pay all fees as specified.

b. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges.

c. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as specified in your agreement. Custom work and consulting fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by 1-800-Autom8 are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Site or our deliverables without prior written consent.

Client Deliverables: Any deliverables created for you during our engagement are considered your intellectual property once payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Our services may involve integrating third-party tools, software, or platforms (e.g., automation platforms, AI tools). While we provide recommendations based on expertise, we are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or changes in features of third-party tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid for those services in the preceding 12 months.
